Browser display, thead element
- empty thead element (start tag, end tag only): does not display in browser
- its child, tr element: does not display in browser
- tr's children (th, td): their content, type text, displays centered (th, td) and in bold (th) inside the cell, otherwise the display depends strictly on the nested element
